Instructions

- No more than three (3) requests should be pending for your action - to be able to create a referral request.
- Give more to get more. You will be able to create one extra referral request for each complete referral.
Request Forbidden.
Reason:
You cannot send requiest, if:
- You have raised a Referral Request in the last 24h.
- You have more than 3 requests pending. (Request Received)
- You have requests pending more then 7 days. (Request Received)
- If you have selected not to help others.
