The rules of the game are simple:

1. You are eligible to send one referral request every day
2. You need to clear the requests you received within 7 days
3. When you receive a request – you can either accept to refer the person, offer to speak over the phone, or reject the request with feedback. 
4. When you clear a request, you are eligible for a bonus request on the same day.
